This agreement is a legally binding contract which sets out your rights and obligations and those of Blue Coral limited ("BC", "WE" or "us")

On each occasion that you purchase travel facilities through Blue Coral limited, you agree to be bound by terms of this agreement. We strongly suggest that you print out a copy of this agreement, keep it in a safe place and refer to it whenever you propose to enter into a transaction through Blue Coral limited.

In this agreement these terms have the following meaning:

"Provider" means a third party organisation that provides Travel facilities through Blue Coral Limited

"Travel facilities" means holidays, travel tickets, hotel reservations, travel insurance, foreign exchange facilities or any other travel goods or services that may be provided through Blue Coral limited.

Sale of Travel Facilities

1. When you wish to purchase travel facilities from Blue Coral Limited, your confirmation of request will constitute an offer and Blue Coral Limiteds confirmation to you will constitute a binding contract for the purchase of those travel facilities. You nevertheless agree that, in the absence of a genuine mistake obvious to both you and us, that you will not withdraw your confirmation before you hear from us.

Our Liabilities and your liabilities

1. Blue Coral Limited has no control over the provision of travel facilities by providers, nevertheless we take care to ensure that providers of travel facilities are reputable and that travel facilities are accurately described. But as this information is provided to us by third parties, you are recommended to check independently the details of travel facilities you wish to purchase with the supplier.

2. The site may contain links to other sites. We accept no responsibility for the content of these sites.

3. Whilst we are constantly taking care to maintain the quality of this site, you should appreciate that the internet is not an inherently stable medium and delays, interruptions, errors and omissions can occur at any time. As a result we cannot accept any responsibility for any delay, interruption, error or omission which can occur or any loss arising as a result.

4. This agreement contains the entire agreement and understanding between us relating to the purchase of travel facilities through Blue Coral Limited and (in relation thereto) supersedes all prior agreements, arrangements and statements and understandings, except fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by either you or us. We exclude all warranties and representations relating to travel facilities, whether statutory or otherwise to the fullest extent permissible in law.

5. We accept no liability for any loss or damages to you or any other party arising from omissions, acts or defaults of the provider of travel facilities purchased by you, whether from us or otherwise directly from such a provider. In all cases should refer to the provider.

6. We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under this agreement caused by matters beyond our reasonable control.

7. We will not be liable to you or any third party for indirect or consequential loss or damage or for loss of data, profit, revenue or business, however caused (whether arising out of negligence or breach of this agreement or otherwise) even if that loss or damage was foreseeable by, or the possibility of it was bought to our attention.

8. You agree to indemnify us against all liabilities, claims and expenses arising from any breach by you of this agreement.

9. Blue Coral Limited undertakes to use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that the information stored and updated on the databases is as accurate as is commercially possible and that any material System, Data or Database inaccuracies or errors will be corrected as soon as possible.

General

1. The copyright and all other rights in the material on the sites are either owned by Blue Coral Limited or are included with the permission of the party who owns such rights. They are all copyright and reproduction without consent of Blue Coral Limited is forbidden.

2. Blue Coral Limited reserve the right to assign or subcontract any of our rights and oblLimiteds under this agreement. You may not assign or dispose of rights under this agreement without our prior consent.

3. We may alter the terms of this agreement from time to time and post the new version on the sites. Such altered terms will apply to all transactions occurring after their Limitedications.

4. All Amounts due under this agreement shall be in sterling £, unless expressly agreed in writing by us.

5. This agreement has been entered into in England and all transactions contemplated by it shall be subject to English law. You agree that all disputes arising out of it or such transactions may be heard in the courts of England.
